Enrollment Management: Ongoing Training and Coaching

Enrollment Builders has created a “next level” competency-based training to create accountability measures that help drive the right behaviors before, during, and after training content delivery.  Enrollment Builders’ approach to training allows our clients to more effectively reinforce the learning gained from formal workshops, and uniquely blends other best practices into training workshop curriculum.  Enrollment Builders training curriculum not only involves on-site training delivery, but also includes a plan for strategically aligned benchmarks, follow-up coaching, leadership coaching, team building, and performance management tools and best practices.

Virtual Coaching Sessions

Following each on-site training, Enrollment Builders provides twelve, 60-minute weekly virtual development sessions that alternate between topic-specific training and peer group coaching.  Participants can expect the following from these sessions:

  • “Next level” skill-development training on competencies learned in the on-site workshop
  • Round table group coaching discussions about shared goals, challenges, and best practices
  • “Closing the loop” conversations on commitments made to the group regarding intentions, actions, and achievements
