Chief Executive Officer - Jennifer Goode
Jennifer Goode joined Enrollment Builders in 2014, with more than 15 years of experience in digital and interactive performance-based marketing, enrollment management operations, and fiscal growth planning.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has been instrumental in designing and delivering custom growth solutions for more than 300 private and public higher education programs. As CEO of Enrollment Builders, she has focused on strategic partnerships with the University of Cincinnati, Cincinnati Online, The University of Alabama, Troy University, Johnson and Wales University, Bay Path University, The American Women’s College, Sinclair College, Oral Roberts University, and Missouri Baptist University.
Prior to joining Enrollment Builders, Jennifer oversaw the creation of over 100 strategic enrollment management solutions. After working with so many programs, Jennifer has an informed perspective on what is working in higher education and why. This experience enabled her to develop a custom, proprietary fiscal planning platform that allows institutions to connect their fiscal planning with realistic goals. Jennifer and her team now build plans which identify dependencies and risks each institution might encounter while executing before they even get started.
Jennifer’s vast experience has given her insight into the many errors plaguing the higher education services vendor space, and she has become thoroughly familiar with the way vendors deliver and monetize their services. Her team is particularly skilled at applying this understanding to each unique institution and its individual market and budgetary restraints with a focus on institutions transitioning away from online program management firms.
Jennifer has developed expert-level marketing enrollment management strategists, performance management recruitment, leadership coaches, and operations teams who lead partners to cut waste, aligning performance metrics, developing a coaching culture, hitting goals, and dropping the marketing and operations costs required to enroll a student.
Jennifer brought to each of her career roles a deep-seated belief that hidden within every organization lies a unique, winning "business" formula for success. At Enrollment Builders, that belief manifests itself in a corporate commitment to empowering institutions to efficiently navigate the quickly maturing, changing world of enrollment management.
Her commitment also carries over to her community and personal endeavors. She was appointed to the Executive Board for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) in Lexington, Kentucky. CASA is a nonprofit organization that works to ensure that all victims of child abuse and neglect are given a chance to thrive in a safe, permanent home.
A graduate of the University of Cincinnati (Ohio), Jennifer received her B.S. degree in Political Science where she was also an alumnus of the Alpha Tau Chapter of Kappa Alpha Theta. When she is not working or volunteering, she enjoys spending time with her three sons, cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats with her husband, and coaching soccer.
