Enrollment Builders - Director of Marketing and Client Strategy
Enrollment Builders is hiring an experienced marketing leader with experience working with higher education, non-traditional programs and admissions/marketing teams. This Director level role will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for developing, productizing, and managing Enrollment Builders' core marketing services offerings for the higher education market. This role will be responsible for the ongoing development of both long-term and short-term strategic client recruitment marketing plans and will oversee effective execution of these plans. This role will also be responsible for the development of the Enrollment Builders brand working to improve brand messaging, consistency, web presence, and lead generation/sales support for the company. Vendor and contractor management is a key part of this role. Enrollment Builders is a HubSpot partner. We use HubSpot across our business and on behalf of our higher ed clients.

Successful candidates will be energized by committing to a key leadership role in a growing company. The ideal applicant will have a combination of experience in lead generation, brand management, forecasting, inbound marketing, and experience working directly with higher education recruitment, admissions, and enrollment teams.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience in digital marketing working in higher education recruitment efforts
  • Experience working with non-traditional higher ed programs and marketing a blend of degree completion, Master's, and PhD programs
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a way that untechnical people can understand
  • Experience working within marketing and admissions improving and optimizing these key metrics: lead quality, lead to application rate, lead to enrollment rate, application to enrollment rate, and cost per lead
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully create effective, goal-driven strategies working directly with university decision makers
  • Proven record of hands-on strategy execution, media planning, vendor management, and brand management
  • Experience in website management (this role will not have to have experience in actually developing/coding websites), copywriting, content management, SEO, PPC, template design, lead management, and workflow creation in an inbound marketing platform
  • Deep understanding of and experience with using data, analytics, and reporting to drive planning and optimization
  • Ability to work remotely as a self-starter, and to travel for company and client meetings
  • Ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, enrollment management, or admissions
