Account Manager: Higher Ed Services

Enrollment Builders is looking for a professional Account Manager to represent EB to our contact center clients AND advocate for our clients within EB. You might be a great fit for this role if you have experience in these three key areas:

A high-performing Account Manager excels in the following:

  • Knowing every detail of assigned clients’ operations and contracted agreement inside and out
  • Providing expert guidance and support to help clients realize opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Representing EB effectively to clients, serving as a sounding board and source of education and enablement
  • Identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for account renewal and expansion

Strong candidates for the role have well-developed expertise in most or all of these areas:

  • Higher education admissions/enrollment strategy
  • Client relationships and support of sales efforts
  • Engagement with diverse teams of professionals in a remote environment

  • Keen awareness of and ability to successfully manage against performance requirements and revenue targets
  • High level of comfort with technology tools and systems

The Account Manager is responsible to:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client accounts.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders and executive sponsors.
  • Monitor and report on the timely and successful delivery of our deliverables according to stated customer objectives and needs
  • Clearly communicate the progress of deliverables to internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead client renewal discussions
  • Identify areas of improvement to meet established client goals
  • Forecast and track client account metrics
  • Prepare reporting on client account statuses
  • Collaborate with the internal sales team to identify and grow new opportunities
  • Assist with challenging client issues and escalate concerns as needed

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an Account Manager or Client Relationship Manager
  • Demonstrable ability to clearly communicate at all organizational levels including executive and C-level
  • Solid CRM experience (e.g.,: Salesforce and HubSpot) and G Suite
  • Demonstrable experience delivering complex client-focused solutions
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple client accounts simultaneously, while maintaining acute attention to detail
